For the US luxury lingerie brand Cosabella, Courage Production managed a complex photo shoot in the heart of Venice. The brief required a mix of indoor settings and iconic outdoor landmarks, demanding a strict balance between logistics and permits. We secured access to exclusive Venetian Villas on the Grand Canal. Simultaneously, our location management team handled the permits for Piazza San Marco and the historic bridges. To manage the crowds in high-traffic areas, we coordinated early morning call times (dawn shoots) and rapid unit moves.

Moving a crew and equipment in Venice requires specific "water-logistics" expertise. We managed all equipment transport via cargo boats and crew transfers via private taxis, ensuring the schedule ran on time despite the unique constraints of the lagoon.
