A brand event is typically composed of many separate pieces. An agency in one city, a venue in another, technical suppliers somewhere else, and a film crew booked separately at the end.
We close the gaps. From our Milan HQ and in-house studio, we run the event end-to-end: show direction, set and technical production, venue and permits, staffing through our network of senior event producers, and in-house live film and broadcast.

Built to be filmed
Most event agencies plan the room for the people in it, then bring in an outside crew to film it. We work the other way. Ten years of producing high-end film and photo campaigns for global fashion and luxury brands means we build the event as a camera reads it.
The team and the network
Senior event producers brought in to lead the production. Our own crews and suppliers, many of them the same vendors we use on a film or photo set every week. And our facility: Spazio Sannio, our own 320sqm space in Porta Romana, working as photo studio for fittings, content, and pre-production, and as a private event venue when the brief fits.

We open the country. A private archive of Milan venues built over a decade of shoots, plus direct relationships with owners and the top location agencies for securing prestigios locations like palazzos, villas, and exclusive estates. On Lake Como, in Sicily, in Tuscany, Portofino, Venice, and along the Amalfi Coast, we already operate as a production service company, so the local access, crews, and in particular the logistics are already in place before the brief lands.

Permits, logistics, and safety
A large event runs on paperwork most people never see. Public land occupation, street and vehicle access through restricted city zones, structural and safety sign-off on staging and rigging, security and crowd management. We run this regularly for shoots, and the workflow is the same for events. We manage it so the production stays on schedule. Both. We produce the full event, show direction, set, technical, venue, logistics, and staffing through our network, and we produce the live film, broadcast, and content in-house. Most clients come to us because they get one company for the event and its contents.
