Milan is where fashion shows happen, and it is where we work. Courage Production produces shows during Milan Fashion Week and off-calendar, for fashion houses and brands that want one production partner on the ground rather than five vendors to chase.
We handle the show end to end: location research, show direction, set and stage design, lighting, backstage and model coordination, run-of-show, and rehearsals. On the technical side, rigging, sound, and live multi-camera direction with streaming and real-time editing.
None of this is new to us. Ten years producing campaigns in Milan for brands like Valentino, Zegna, and Fendi means the crews, the vendors, and the logistics are already in place. Casting, fittings, and backstage run out of our own studio in the center of the city.

Beyond the runway, we produce the brand events that fill the Milan calendar all year round: activations, product launches, collection presentations, press days, and the private VIP experiences built around a collection, a campaign, or a name.
During Milan Design Week, the Salone del Mobile, and the Fuorisalone, the whole city becomes a stage, and brands spend weeks preparing installations, pop-ups, and immersive spaces. We produce these end to end, from venue and permits to set and technical build, guest and talent management, security and staff through our network.
An event runs on the same machine as a shoot, and it is a machine we know well. Budgets, schedules, crews, vendors, logistics, held to a production standard. Many of the suppliers are the people we already work with every week on set.
Logistics and locations in Milan
We manage the full operation: venue sourcing and buyout, budgeting, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site management from setup to strike.
A large event in central Milan runs on permits most people never see. Public land occupation, vehicle access through Area C and the ZTL for trucks and production vehicles, structural and safety sign-off on staging and rigging, security and crowd management. We handle all of it, so the project stays on schedule.
For venues, we draw on a private archive of Milan spaces built over ten years, plus direct relationships with owners and location agencies for palazzi, event stages, and private estates. When the brief fits, we also have our own: Spazio Sannio, a 320sqm space in Porta Romana.
